Panamax Capital Moves to Raise $2 Million for Startup Ad/Tech Company GuaranteedPROS, Inc.

South Florida startup secures strategic funding partnership with Panamax Capital, LLC, Greenwich, Conn.

GuaranteedPROS, Inc. announced it has signed a financial advisory agreement with Panamax Capital, LLC, with broker dealer services provided by Partner Capital Group, LLC, as its strategic partner in capital funding to launch its innovative ad/tech online resource that connects consumers to qualified professionals and experts offering a wide range of practices and services in their community.  The initial seed round raise of $2 million will be primarily for marketing, patent technology, development, and staff.

This online resource, GPROSplus.com, will be free for consumers and will be subscriber-based for participating professionals. It will help consumers quickly locate top professionals offering legal, medical, financial, and lifestyle services in their immediate area.

“We are ready,” said Pat Patregnani, CEO of GuaranteedPROS, Inc. “We believe our commitment to the professionals we serve and the consumers who need a trusted source will transform how consumers engage professionals in a modern, mobile, social, and digital world,” he said. “I also want to acknowledge with great pride our team of marketing, customer service and technology experts, all of whom have dedicated themselves to this venture.”

“Having worked with the team at GuaranteedPROS and understanding their vision, mission and long-term goals, we are more excited than ever about this opportunity,” said Tom Blinten, Managing Partner and CEO of Panamax. “Pat Patregnani and his team bring a fresh approach to this category – they truly are pros. My partners and I look forward to a long-term strategic partnership with them,” he said.

“Professionals deserve marketing and advertising that enhance their image, and our research shows consumers and professionals are ready to see a change,” Patregnani noted. “Advertising that uses ‘distress messaging’ may have its place and drive business, but it has a negative impact on the overall professional category. It compromises the profession, consumer trust, and respect. It will not be our style,” he emphasized.
